We never sell your family's data. Your plan is shared only with the people you invite.

We store the information you add to your family plan and your beta access request. Essay text and context you submit to coaching are processed to return questions and comments, not replacement writing.

Gmail connections

Gmail access is optional and read-only. Only college-related emails are checked using college sender and subject filters. We store the sender, subject, received date and a short snippet of up to 200 characters, plus suggested updates. We never store full email bodies or attachments, never send Gmail email, and never sell data. Nothing changes in your plan until you accept a suggestion. Disconnecting revokes access and deletes your stored Gmail information.

Enabla's use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. College email metadata is processed only to suggest college-planning updates, not to train general-purpose AI models.
